Order Cancellation Policy
All orders placed online are automatically processed on our secure merchant processor and sent for shipment within 14 days.
Returns Policy
Lesson observation DVDs can be returned within 30 days of purchase provided that the box has not been opened. Network versions cannot be returned if the seal has been broken.
Technical Faults
If you experience any problems with a classroom observation DVD we will replace it free of charge provided there is no visible damage to the product.
